We formulated our DrySerum™ Acne Masks with one goal. A product that results in clear AND healthy looking skin for all who use our product(s).  

We are so confident that you’ll love the results of our product(s), that we proudly offer a 45-day return period from your delivery date to try out our product(s). 

If you are not satisfied for ANY reason, we’ll give you your money back (excluding shipping & handling fees). No questions asked.  

How does Vanish Skincare’s Money-Back Guarantee work?

We’re confident that you’ll not only love our products, but that you'll see positive results with your skin after using our products (as directed) - that’s why we offer our guarantee.

In order to be eligible for our 45-day money back guarantee, please read the below criteria: 

  • The product(s) but be used as directed for a minimum of 30 days.  This starts from the date of receiving your product
  • The money-back guarantee only applies to the maximum amount of ONE month’s worth of Vanish product(s) (max refund of $89.99), excluding shipping & handling.

If you’re not happy with your Vanish Skincare product(s), or you simply don’t see any results, 45 days from receiving your order and would like to like to claim our 45-day money back guarantee, please email us at hello@vanishskincare.com

All refund requests must include proof of purchase, order number and details on your request.

Shipping and Handling

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from you refund

You should consider using a trackable shipping services or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

How long will it take for me to receive my refund? 

Once a refund has been approved, we will then process your refund within 14 business days.
