This Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made through vanishskincare.com (the “Website”), including one-time orders and recurring subscriptions. This Policy is incorporated into our Terms of Use and Conditions of Sale by reference. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Policy.
This Policy is designed to comply with all applicable federal and state consumer protection laws, including the Restore Online Shoppers’ Confidence Act (ROSCA), the FTC Negative Option Rule, California’s Automatic Renewal Law, and the automatic renewal and consumer protection laws of all applicable states.

1. Our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We’re confident you’ll see visible improvements when Vanish is used as directed. But if you’re not satisfied for any reason — we’ve got your back.
The 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies to your first order only and is available exclusively for products purchased directly from vanishskincare.com. Products purchased through third-party retailers, marketplaces, or unauthorized resellers are not eligible.
To qualify, the following conditions must be met:
• You must have used the product for at least 30 days as directed.
• You must contact our customer care team at hello@vanishskincare.com within 60 days of placing your order.
• We may request proof of purchase, product usage, before/after photos, or general feedback to help us improve — but no complicated hoops, and no judgment.
• This guarantee is limited to one order per customer. If you have placed more than one order, subsequent purchases are subject to our Standard Return Policy (Section 4).
Refund Details:
• Single-box orders: For first-time purchases, we will issue a full refund for one box (maximum refund amount of $99.99 — the suggested retail value of the product) without requiring a return.
• Multi-box orders: If your order included multiple boxes (including special promotion offers), the refund will cover only one box (maximum refund amount of $99.99) unless the remaining boxes are returned unopened and undamaged. You are responsible for return shipping costs on any returned items.
All refunds under the 60-Day Guarantee are issued minus original shipping and handling charges.
2. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request under our 60-Day Guarantee or Standard Return Policy:
Step 1: Email us at hello@vanishskincare.com with your full name, order number, and reason for requesting a refund.
Step 2: Complete our Return Request Form (this helps us understand your experience and make Vanish better).
Step 3: Once approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method, minus any original and return shipping fees.

Although many of our customers have reported clear skin in as little as 3 days, everyone’s skin is different and sometimes it takes more time to heal the skin barrier and clear acne. Healing and clearing acne is a journey — not a quick fix. Our goal isn’t just to improve your skin temporarily; it’s to clear your acne for the long term so that future breakouts don’t come back. That takes consistency, and we want to give our products the time they need to deliver the lasting results they were designed for.
4. Standard Return Policy (Repeat Purchases)
If you have previously used the 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee or are placing a repeat order, our standard 14-day return policy applies:
• Returns are accepted on unopened, undamaged products only within 14 days of delivery.
• Products that have been opened or used are not eligible for a refund under this policy.
• You must contact us at hello@vanishskincare.com to initiate a return authorization before shipping any product back.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receipt and inspection, minus original shipping charges.
5. Subscription Cancellations
Federal & State Law Notice:
Vanish Skincare’s subscription program constitutes an “automatic renewal offer” under applicable federal and state laws. The following disclosures are made clearly and conspicuously in accordance with ROSCA, the FTC Negative Option Rule, California’s Automatic Renewal Law (Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code §§ 17600–17606), and the automatic renewal laws of all other applicable states.
5.1 How Your Subscription Works
When you enroll in a Vanish Skincare subscription, your selected products are delivered on a recurring basis according to the billing interval you chose at enrollment (e.g., every 30, 60, or 90 days). Your subscription will automatically renew, and your payment method will be charged at the end of each billing period, until you cancel.
5.2 How to Cancel — Simple, Online, Immediate
Cancellation is as easy as enrollment. You are not required to call, wait on hold, or speak with a customer service representative to cancel.
You may cancel your subscription at any time using either of the following methods:
Option 1 — Online: Log in to your account at vanishskincare.com, navigate to your subscription settings, and click “Cancel Subscription.” Your cancellation is effective immediately and no further charges will be applied.
Option 2 — Email: Send an email to hello@vanishskincare.com with the subject line “Cancel Subscription” along with your full name and order number. We will process your cancellation within one (1) business day of receipt.
5.3 Cancellation Deadline
To avoid being charged for the next billing period, you must cancel at least 5 business days before your next billing date. Your upcoming billing date is always visible in your account dashboard. If a charge processes after a timely cancellation request was submitted, we will issue a full refund of that charge.
5.4 Post-Cancellation
Once cancelled, you will not be charged again. You will continue to receive any subscription benefits through the end of your current paid billing period. Cancellation before a renewal date prevents any future charges.
5.5 Consent & Enrollment
By completing your purchase and selecting a subscription option at checkout, you acknowledge and agree to the subscription billing terms presented to you, including the recurring charge amount, billing frequency, and continuation of charges until cancellation. Your completion of the checkout process constitutes your consent to the subscription you have selected. A confirmation email containing your subscription details will be sent to the email address on file following your purchase.
5.6 Renewal Notifications
In accordance with California’s Automatic Renewal Law and similar state statutes, we will send you advance notice before renewal charges are applied, including reminders of how to cancel. For subscriptions with a free trial or introductory discount period, we will notify you before the trial ends and the regular billing amount begins.
6. One-Time Order Cancellations
Orders typically enter fulfillment quickly after placement. If you need to cancel a one-time order, please contact us immediately at hello@vanishskincare.com. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to cancel your order before it ships, but we cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been processed or tendered to a carrier. If your order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return under this Policy.
7. Shipping, Refund Processing & Important Notes
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, where applicable.
• We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and/or purchasing shipping insurance for any returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
• Once a refund has been approved, it will be processed within 10 business days. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the credit to appear on your statement.
• The 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee and all refund eligibility applies only to products purchased directly from vanishskincare.com.
8. Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please contact us at hello@vanishskincare.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. At our discretion, we will ship a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund including original shipping charges.
9. Chargebacks & Disputes
We strongly encourage you to contact us at hello@vanishskincare.com before initiating a chargeback with your financial institution. We resolve billing concerns promptly and are committed to working with you directly to reach a fair resolution. You retain all rights to dispute charges with your payment card issuer; doing so does not affect your rights under this Policy.
10. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
• Products that have been opened and used (except under the 60-Day Guarantee for first-time orders, or for defective/incorrect products)
• Items marked “Final Sale” at the time of purchase
• Gift cards and digital products
