We’re confident you’ll see visible improvements when Vanish is used as directed. But if you’re not satisfied for any reason — we’ve got your back.

To qualify for a full refund (excluding shipping & handling), here’s what you need to know:

  • You must have used the product for at least 30 days as directed (this starts from the date of receiving your product)
  • Your request must be submitted within 45 days of delivery
  • The refund amount only applies to the maximum amount of ONE month’s worth of Vanish product(s) (max refund of $99.99), excluding original shipping & handling
  • Refunds will be issued minus any original shipping fees paid

We may ask for proof of purchase, product usage, or feedback to help us improve — but no complicated hoops, and no judgment.

Once approved, we’ll process your refund within 14 business days, minus any original shipping fees.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping is also non-refundable
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method or insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item

Once a refund has been approved, we will then process your refund within 14 business days.
