We’re confident you’ll see visible improvements when Vanish is used as directed. But if you’re not satisfied for any reason — we’ve got your back.

To qualify for a full refund (excluding shipping & handling), here’s what you need to know:

  • We refund a maximum of ONE box (one month's worth) of Vanish Skincare product(s) (max refund of $99.99) excluding original shipping & handling costs. 
  • IMPORTANT: If more than one box has been ordered, you WILL NOT receive a refund for the additional boxes ordered. Under special circumstances, we may allow you to return additional unopened and unused boxes for a refund. However, this is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.  
  • You must have used the product for at least 30 days as directed (this starts from the date of receiving your product)
  • Your request must be submitted within 60 days of delivery
  • Refunds will be issued minus any original shipping costs AND return shipping costs (if applicable)

We may ask for proof of purchase, product usage, before/after photos of area affected by acne or general feedback to help us improve — but no complicated hoops, and no judgment.

*The 60-day guarantee applies to a customer's FIRST order only.  If a client has placed more than one order, Vanish Skincare's standard 14-day return policy on unused and unopened product applies.

Once approved, we’ll process your refund within 14 business days, minus any original and return shipping fees.

❓Why Do We Require a Full 30 Days of Use? 

Although many of our customers have reported clear skin in as little as 3 days, everyone's skin is different and sometimes it takes more time to heal the skin barrier and clear acne.  76% of our customers reported clearer skin after 30 days of use and 88% of our customers reported completely clear skin after 60 days of use.  We're confident our DrySerum Acne Masks work - There is no "miracle" or "quick-fix" for acne - it's a journey and we're here to help you along the way.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method or insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item (if applicable)

Once a refund has been approved, we will then process your refund within 14 business days.
